Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently expanding and looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about digital marketing and motivated by delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our digital marketing strategy, leading projects to scale awareness, create an infrastructure for lead generation, and drive continuous growth.

You have a strong marketing sense and understanding of behavioral and marketing psychology as well as a deep knowledge of using data to understand and accelerate the impact of different initiatives. Furthermore, you are used to working in close cooperation with the sales team from the awareness stage to closing the deal.

To be successful in this role you will need to see both the big picture and execute rapidly, you have outstanding project management and communication skills, and are able to push projects forward efficiently using proven methodology.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create an infrastructure for lead generation, inbound marketing, and automation.
  • Lead, plan and execute various digital marketing initiatives.
  • Understand customer behavior and marketing performance, conducting A/B split testing, analysing data to optimise campaigns.
  • Identify and implement relevant industry changes and innovations.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital initiatives and assess against KPIs.
  • Design and write a persuasive marketing copy and content to target audiences.
  • Actively support our clients through the whole buying journey.

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably working at a digital agency or E-commerce business.
  • Outstanding project management skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience from leading, planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns, with particular reference to inbound, lead generation, paid social media, search ads, and email marketing.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications is a requirement, relevant digital marketing certificates are a merit.
  • A growth mindset with a real passion for digital marketing and innovations in the field.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
